Waterfall Commuinty Health Center provides friendly, informative, quality dental hygiene care for all age groups.Dental services: Periodontal Health & Disease Screening Adult & Child Prophylaxis (teeth cleaning) Topical Fluoride Application Sealants Cavity Screening Full Mouth Debridement Adult Periodontal Maintenance Service Individualized Oral Hygiene Education Referrals to low cost dental services around the county as well as appointments with Oregon’s free dental van that comes to Coos Bay regularlyWaterfall Commuinty Health Center accepts patients with Medicare , Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid , Private Insurance and patients without health insurance . We have a sliding fee scale for patients without health insurance, which is based on family size and income. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
